I have heard from the city that despite a 2020 request by the ANC (I've screenshotted it here so folks can see) no review was conducted here. I'm submitting a separate request that I'm told will kick off a more formal evaluation, and am pushing for speed bumps. Will complete the escalation of the request and continue to update.
